Meet the apprentices - MJAllen Castings and Machining

Join us as we celebrate National Apprentice Week with a video Q&A session at MJAllen Castings & Machining.

In collaboration with EKC Group, a family of six community-based colleges across East Kent, we give centre-stage to apprentices Joshua Barns and Luke Tanton on their route to becoming an apprentice and what they are learning at Kent’s leading casting and machining premises.

We then speak with long-serving manager Adam Johnson who shares his views on the importance of apprenticeships and nurturing young British talent into the production and skilled-manual work market.
