The MJAllen Group recently entered the Kent and Medway Healthy Workplace Programme for 2022 and we are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Bronze Certificate!

The Healthy Workplace programme helps businesses meet the health needs of their workplace and help employers find effective ways for staff to stay healthy at work.

We don’t plan to stop at bronze! We have big plans to introduce new support and investments for wellbeing, mental health, healthy eating, and improved exercise and activity programmes.

We want our workforce to be happy and healthy so we will be introducing programmes throughout the year to educate people on the benefits of simple changes such as quitting smoking, being more physically active and reducing their intake of alcohol.
